With a twist of my extensive practice and training in track and field, strength training, running, cycling and having a fascination for the human body, how it works and connects together. 

Our bodies function as interconnected systems, communicating through hormones and nerves to perform everyday tasks. My approach brings together these elements to create a full-body experience that supports your health and badass goals.
